Shipping Rates
Australia-wide shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, from $10.20 for a single bottle up to $15.00 per box of 20 bottles, with a maximum of 4 boxes (80 bottles) per order. For larger orders please contact us for a freight quote. This store ships within Australia only. Our UAE and Canadian customers are served by our dedicated stores in those countries.
Australian Domestic Shipping
Standard Delivery Time
- Eastern States (Metro): 3–7 business days
- South Australia, Western Australia & Northern Territory: 5–9 business days.
Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–3 business days. During sale periods, dispatch may take a little longer than usual due to higher than normal order volumes.
Important Notes
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays or carrier delays.
- Fragrance products are classified as dangerous goods and must travel by road. Express and air delivery are not available.
- Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or defective products.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
