At Bujairami, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Returns are strictly limited to items that are received in a damaged or faulty condition.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at support@bujairami.com.au with the following information:

Your order number.

Clear photos and a brief description of the damage or fault.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

The item must be damaged or faulty upon arrival.

The issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must remain in its original packaging (where possible) and in the same condition as when it was received.
How to Initiate a Return

Review: Our team will assess your claim based on the evidence provided.

Instructions: If approved, we will provide you with specific return instructions and a return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
