At Bujairami, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy.

Returns

You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:

• Unused and unopened
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition as when received

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened or used fragrance products
• Products with broken seals
• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact us at sales@bujairami.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Australian Consumer Law

This refund policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.
