Shipping Rates

Australia-wide shipping is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, starting from $10.20 and capped at a maximum of $15.00. This store ships within Australia only. Our UAE and Canadian customers are served by our dedicated stores in those countries.

Australian Domestic Shipping

Standard Delivery Time

Eastern States (Metro): 3–7 business days
South Australia, Western Australia & Northern Territory: 5–9 business days.

Processing Times

Orders are processed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–3 business days. During sale periods, dispatch may take a little longer than usual due to higher than normal order volumes.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays or carrier delays.
Fragrance products are classified as dangerous goods and must travel by road. Express and air delivery are not available.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of damaged or defective products.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
