Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, and we strive to provide detailed descriptions of
notes of all our fragrances to help you choose the perfect scent. However, due to the
nature of our products, we have established the following return and exchange policy:

  1. Blind Buying Policy:
    All sales are final for fragrances purchased through blind buying (i.e., without
    having sampled the fragrance in-person). Unfortunately, due to the personal
    nature of fragrances, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these
    purchases. We strongly recommend reviewing all product details, including
    notes before making your purchase. If you’re uncertain about a scent, consider
    requesting if we have samples available.
  2. Returns:
    o Damaged or Defective Products: If your fragrance arrives damaged or
    defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full
    refund or exchange.
  3. Exchanges:
    o We do not offer exchanges for blind-buy purchases.
  4. Return Process:
    o To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support
    team with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
    o Returns and exchanges are processed once we receive the item back in
    our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
  5. Shipping Costs:
    o Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of
    damaged or defective products.
    o Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  6. Sale Items:
    All sales on sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or
    exchanged.
